Crafting a Gourmet Breakfast for Your Dinner Party Guests

Instructions:

  1. Toast the English muffins until golden brown.
  2. In a skillet, cook the Canadian bacon until lightly browned.
  3. In a separate pot, bring water to a simmer. Crack the eggs into individual bowls and gently slide them into the simmering water, cooking for about 3 minutes for poached eggs.
  4. Assemble the dish by placing a slice of Canadian bacon on each muffin half, topped with a poached egg and drizzled with hollandaise sauce. Garnish with chives.

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
  2. Stir in garlic, tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Make six wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook until the eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.
